How often do you use the co-working space?
Very often, especially when we have interview or meeting with others.
What attracted you to the Incubyte co-working space?
It’s spacious, bright, and relaxing! The co-working space provides us with a beautiful extra lounge where we use it as a break-out space to chat with others.
Tell us about your company
KnewSTEP is a global educational group that organises pathway and foundation courses, spring and summer projects, bilingual programme, education consultancy services involving early education and teacher training.
The programmes we offer not only focus on students’ language learning and academic knowledge, but also nurture learners’ characters, resilience and perseverance. Our upcoming Spring Project and Summer Project in 2019 offers overseas students the opportunity to learn and experience Cambridge, with a particular focus on their whole person development. We hope to unlock children’s unlimited potentials by addressing their personalised learning needs and inspiring them to develop as a whole person.
We tailor our curricula to suit individual needs and provide our students with guidance on their academic paths, so that they can find the most suitable school and courses which align with their interests and potentials.

“In September 2018, the company merged with STEP Education and Research Centre in China to promote deeper and broader bilingual learning and bicultural understanding between China and the UK. Under a new company name ‘KnewSTEP’, the team aims to become a more dynamic and energetic bicultural educational platform to bridge the gap between the East and West. To celebrate the grand merger, KnewSTEP also launched the very first ‘Open Chinese Festival‘ in Cambridge promoting Chinese language and culture in UK.”
What have you got planned for the rest of this year and next?
In the future, we hope to continuously serve as a bilingual and bicultural mutual platform to bridge China and UK, from study aboard programmes to teaching training services. We hope to create and provide more accessible educational opportunities to everybody, and make learning fun, creative and innovative.

The founders were graduated from the University of Cambridge and are passionate to help students develop their full potentials and strive for excellence. They were also once study-abroad students who were passionate to chase after their dream and faced the same obstacles as how the students do today. Therefore, they hope to use their expertise and experience to walk with the students and be the best mentors for them in this journey.
