Founded by Kayleigh Bysouth just two years ago, Busy Bee Recruitment has grown to 8 staff and in August 2019 they opened a second office here at IncubyteSpace in Waterbeach.

The team, passionate about providing a unique recruitment service, specialise in the delivery of bespoke permanent, fixed term contract & temporary recruitment solutions throughout East Anglia. They’ve placed job seekers into companies from a range of sectors such as Technical and Engineering, Administration and Office Support, Sales and Marketing, Industrial, Finance and Accountancy alongside a thriving Temporary Staffing division.
We asked Kayleigh her thoughts on their recent office, and plans for the future:

What attracted you to look around Incubyte?
Incubyte made perfect sense to our, as growing business wanting to integrate and become more popular in the Cambridge space. With the desire to secure a larger office on site in the future, this was a great move for us in the interim.
What have you got planned for the remainder of 2019? Or any key goals for next year?
Busy Bee Recruitment have significant growth plans in place for the remainder of 2019 / 2020 seeing us looking to hire another 4 people for our team taking the total headcount to 12. We are looking forward to being present within the Cambridge marketplace and introducing our services to new clients alongside continuing our ongoing service to the very loyal client base we are currently lucky to work with. One of our key goals to complete before the end of 2020 is to gain our investors in people award!

Fausta joined us to manage our thriving temporary recruitment division. With 18 months experience in managing up to 300 temps at any one time, working with Enterprise organisations such as Amazon, DHL and Hermes. Zach Faulkner – Recruitment Consultant
Zach joined the company in 2019 after taking time out to recover from cancer treatment. A survivor Zach brings to the team a wealth of experience across recruitment in the Sales and Marketing sectors. Having worked with a broad range of companies across various industries Zach will be a welcome addition to our Commercial Division. Emily Fuller – Marketing Executive
Emily joined the company in July 2018 and is the backbone to our business. Having worked in recruitment for 4 years previously. Emily has recently moved into her new position of Marketing Executive providing Social Media and Marketing support to our consultants daily. Bethany Chivers – Business Administration Apprentice
Bethany is our newest recruit to the team and has joined the business to train alongside Emily Fuller, joining in May 2019 Bethany will be studying her Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration at Cambridge Regional College. Overtime Bethany will undertake tasks supporting the 7 consultants alongside assisting with payroll on a weekly basis and providing customer service to our candidates when they come to register.
