Incubyte provides entrepreneurs and early stage companies with a dedicated co-working environment in which you can work alongside, and network with, like-minded businesses. A relaxed and friendly environment within the social atrium of Stirling House will encourage a good workings practise with a community of like-minded members.
Events, workshops and a bespoke programme of mentoring and coaching will be available to connect our members with expertise and advice from the rich Cambridge network and beyond. Mentoring programmes are designed specifically to meet the individual needs of the members, and will be reviewed to ensure the right help is on hand, without becoming arduous or rigid.
We are currently inviting applications from early-stage companies in all relevant sectors. Get in touch and we shall invite you in to discuss how Incubyte can support your journey.
Incubyte members will have full access to modern, purpose built office facilities and a large community of successful, growing companies. Preferential membership of a brand new gym and on-site leisure facilities comes as standard within the brand new Cambridge Innovation Park (www.cambridgeinnovationpark.co.uk). Hosted by the developers, Paragon Land & Estates, Incubyte is based in the atrium of Stirling House, with versatile office space, dedicated break out areas and its own coffee shop.
Just 3.5 miles from the thriving Cambridge Science Park, St. Johns Innovation Centre and 5 miles from the city centre of Cambridge, Waterbeach is well positioned for travel by road with easy access onto the A10 and the A14. Ample free parking on site, and set back from the daily gridlock of Cambridge, the location is ideal for driving commuters. Incubyte is also reachable by rail, through Waterbeach’s own train station with direct routes to Stanstead Airport and London King’s Cross. The area is under significant development with new residential and leisure facilities planned, and enjoys scenic views along the river with numerous cycle tracks into Cambridge.
